Isha Dhawan

Isha Dhawan is an Associate at Affinity Law, where she focuses on Corporate and Commercial law, providing comprehensive legal services across the full lifecycle of corporations and commercial transactions. Her expertise encompasses acquisitions, dispositions, refinancing, franchise, leasing, and a broad spectrum of complex business matters.

Ms. Dhawan earned her Bachelor of Commerce degree in 2013 and her Bachelor of Laws degree in 2017, both from the University of Punjab. She was admitted to the Law Society of Alberta in 2012 following the successful completion of the Certificate of Equivalence from the National Committee on Accreditation. After practicing law in Alberta for several years, Ms. Dhawan relocated to Toronto in 2021 and was subsequently called to the Law Society of Ontario.

Ms. Dhawan has represented clients in a diverse range of corporate and commercial transactions, including pharmacy acquisitions and sales as well as hotel industry deals. Her multilingual capabilities in English, Hindi, and Punjabi allow her to effectively serve a wide and diverse client base.
